Taking toddlers from the playground to the boardroom

Achievement for academic success requires a two-part foundation: Literacy and social skills. Literacy is the silent killer of dreams of American children. There is an education gap (performance discrepancy vs. skills expectations).  Too many students are dropping out of school before graduating from  high school.  Invest in our toddlers today, before they become a statistic tomorrow.

Statics:

  • 74% of youth who do not read proficiently by third grade do not graduate from high school
  • 2 out of 5 fourth graders can’t read at grade level
  • 2/3 of eight graders cannot read at grade level
  • 41% of students reported some type of frequent involvement in bullying
  • 50% of the nations unemployed youth ages 16-21 are functionally illiterate

Mrs. C.

Teacher of Literacy and Good Manners to Toddlers

Mrs. C. helps toddlers ages 2 -4 learn to read and write.  It is time to put the power of a child’s learning into their hands. Illiteracy, the silent killer of dreams of children.

  • Parents are tired because they have had a busy day at the office
  • Toddlers need someone to cultivate a love for reading in them (Mrs. C. offers streaming and DVD formats for parents)
  • A strong foundation of literacy and good manners is Mrs. C.’s gift to toddlers
